Artist in the Gardens:
Throughout May in the George Brown Darwin Botanic Gardens
Tuesdays - Fridays throughout May: Artist in the Gardens.
Artist Dawn Beasley will be producing her own work direct from nature as she sources ideas and inspiration from the botanic gardens as part of the eighteen-month project Botanically Porcelain. Come find her and see her at work as she shares her artist process and her enthusiasm for all things botanical. Dawn will be moving between the gardens and her studio as she works on a range of sketches, painting, prints and mixed-media layered work, but will predominantly be in the Gardens between 10am and 2pm each day. Follow the Botanically Porcelain Facebook page for regular updates.
